Terms and Conditions

Country Junction Travel and its affiliated agents/representatives act only in the capacity as an agent for the transportation companies including air, sea, land, hotels, tour operators or other forms of accommodation, restaurants, places of entertainment and other such services when reserved for its customers and as outlined in your personal itinerary.

**NOTE** Country Junction Travel and our Agents cannot be held responsible for airline or tour operator delays, cancellations, baggage delays or loss, unforeseen or unexpected occurrences – whether before departure, in transit, or in destination.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Review your travel documents when you receive them and make sure everything looks correct (i.e., the spelling of your names, travel dates, departure gateway destination, etc.) If you note any discrepancies, please let your travel agent know IMMEDIATELY. Any fees incurred as a result of changes needing to be made will be your responsibility.

FLIGHT TIMES: Verify your flight times prior to leaving for the airport in case of any last-minute changes. Failure to use any reservation may result in the automatic cancellation of all continuing and return reservations.

AIRPORT CHECK-IN: Minimum check-in time for domestic flights is 2 hours and 3 to 4 hours for international flights.
CHECK-IN / BAGGAGE DROP-OFF AND BOARDING GATE DEADLINES ARE IMPORTANT. Failure to respect these deadlines may result in the reassignment of any reserved seats, the cancellation of reservations, and/or ineligibility for denied boarding compensation.
Clients are responsible for checking the Airline/Tour Operator Term & Conditions associated with baggage allowances (sizes, number of pieces, carry-ons), etc.

CHECK-IN AND BAGGAGE DROP-OFF: To reduce congestion at security and customs, the deadline to check in and drop off checked baggage is 90 minutes before departure for any domestic flight, and 180 minutes to a U.S. or international destination. Suggested is an airport arrival time of 3-4 hours prior to departure for ample time to check in, drop off bags, clear security, and arrive at the departure gate at the time indicated on boarding passes.

TRAVEL SERVICE: All arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the transportation companies including air, sea, land, hotels tour operators or other forms of accommodation, restaurants, places of entertainment and other such services, if any, and accordingly may be subject to charges and/or restrictions for any changes or cancellation.

FEES: Your receipt/invoice may include charges from Country Junction Travel for Conultation Fees which are non-refundable.
PRICE INCREASES: Price increases are permitted unless booking is paid in full

ENTRY/EXIT REQUIREMENTS: Be sure to check, in advance, that your passports are valid during your travel dates. Also, please be aware that passport, visa and entry/exit requirements visa and entry/exit requirements are subject to change at any time. It is your responsibility to stay up to date with the changes. Additionally, please note that entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.

LIABILITY: Country Junction Travel and its affiliated agents/representatives shall not be responsible or liable to its customer for any claims, loss or damages or expenses arising out of injury, damages or expenses arising out of injury, whether physical or mental, accidental, death or delay or inconvenience to the customer or any other person, or damage to luggage or other personal property from any cause whatsoever. You are liable and responsible for any and all costs associated with the arrangements you make.

*NOTE* To the best of Country Junction Travel’s knowledge and information, the description and information provided about the various services set out in the itinerary are accurate. However, Country Junction Travel and its affiliated agents/representatives shall not be liable to the customer if any of the services provided by the suppliers do not conform to such descriptions. Also, please note that living standards, practices, and conditions at the destination with respect to utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found in Canada & USA.

COLLECTING AND USING PERSONAL INFORMATION: Country Junction Travel may, from time to time, collect personal information about you as result of your relationship with us. Country Junction Travel and its affiliated agents/representatives may collect, use and disclose such personal information to determine your eligibility for and interest in products and services from Country Travel, its affiliates or carefully selected third party business partners. We may also use this information to establish, maintain and manage your relationship with Country Junction Travel and to provide you with ongoing services and for other uses as set by our Privacy Policy. If you are traveling outside of Canada or the USA, be advised that living standards and practices, living conditions, provisions of utilities, services, and accommodations, etc, may differ from what you are accustomed. By accepting the agency invoice, electronic tickets, vouchers and/or itineraries you accept and agree to the terms and conditions.

*** Additional Consideration for Travel Preparedness ***
BAGGAGE: Clients are responsible for checking the Airline/Tour Operator Term & Conditions associated with baggage allowances (sizes, number of pieces, carry-ons), etc.

SEAT SELECTION: Clients can select seats in advance for an additional charge per person per segment. If you would like to pre-select your seats, please let your Agent know your seat preference and he/she will be happy to assist you.

ONLINE CHECK-IN: Clients can check-in online (usually) within 24 hours of departure.
Checking-in online allows you to simplify the process at the airport by being able to print your boarding pass, select/change your seat assignment and check-in baggage, all prior to arriving at the airport. To check-in online or for further information, go directly to the airline/tour operator website.

CHANGES/CANCELLATION: If you need to change or cancel your vacation package, please let your Agent know immediately for due process.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS: Canadian citizens, including those with dual citizenship, must present a valid passport for travel. Canadians without a valid passport will be refused entry and returned to Canada. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
